I had the pleasure of taking lessons at the Classic Club in Palm Dessert with Mike Ellis and I can confidently say that he is an exceptional golf teacher. From the first lesson, he demonstrated a deep understanding of the game and a knack for breaking down complex techniques into simple, understandable steps.
What stood out the most was his ability to tailor each session to my specific needs and skill level, which was non-existent. Whether it was my swing mechanics or putting, he knew exactly what adjustments were required and how to communicate those changes in a way that was easy to grasp. Mike’s patient, yet motivating approach made me feel comfortable trying out golf for the first time.
In addition to his technical expertise, Mike is a fantastic communicator. He was always positive, approachable, and truly invested in helping me improve. Each lesson was a great mix of constructive feedback, encouragement, and fun.
