Her career path soon led her to PGA National in Palm Beach, Florida, where she worked under PGA Master Professional Mike Adams. Mentored by renowned teaching expert Gary Wiren, Rita also patented the Star Putter™ training aid.

Today, she specializes in short-game instruction, using simple, results-driven methods that help golfers play with greater confidence and lower scores.

Teaching Philosophy

Rita’s teaching philosophy combines simplicity with smart game analysis through two core principles: KISS and SWOT. KISS — “Keep It Simple” reminds golfers that improvement happens faster when the game is clear and uncomplicated. Rather than overwhelming players with too many swing thoughts, Rita focuses on the few fundamentals that create the biggest results. SWOT — Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats allows Rita to evaluate each player’s game strategically, identifying what works well and where meaningful improvement can be made. By blending simple instruction with thoughtful analysis, Rita ensures every lesson delivers clarity, confidence, and results. Students leave with an easy-to-understand solution for their swing or putting stroke and a personalized plan to play better, more consistent golf.
