Tim Grogan

A lifelong resident of Wisconsin and Homestead High School graduate, Tim has enjoyed success at all levels of the game—from junior champion to collegiate player at UNLV’s nationally ranked program, to competing professionally in the Greater Milwaukee Open and the National PGA Club Professional Championship.

Tim is a PGA Class A Professional with nearly three decades of experience helping golfers of all levels play better and enjoy the game more. His approach is built on a deep understanding of the game, shaped by success as a competitive player, collegiate coach, and lifelong student of golf.

From juniors just starting their journey to elite collegiate and professional players, Tim has worked with golfers at every stage of development. His students include Division I Conference Champions, an NCAA #1 ranked player, Korn Ferry Tour competitors, and numerous juniors who have earned Division I scholarships. Tim was also recognized as the Wisconsin PGA Teacher of the Year.

Teaching Philosophy

Tim’s teaching philosophy blends time-tested fundamentals with modern, science-based instruction. Having learned from many Hall-of Fame-level PGA Professionals and drawing on more than 30 years of teaching and learning, he creates a clear, personalized plan for each player. By integrating advanced tools such as TrackMan technology, Tim provides measurable feedback that accelerates improvement while keeping the learning process simple and engaging. His goal is to build confidence, clarity, and long-term success for every player.
