Bird Golf Academy students enjoy two 18-hole Championship courses on the resort property. Both courses, the Celebrity and the Players, were completely re-designed by world renowned architects, Clive Clark and John Fought. On the Celebrity course, Clark has masterfully incorporated incredible water features and equally stunning views into his brilliant creation. The Celebrity was also host to the 25th Anniversary LG Skins Game in 2007 and again in 2008.

John Fought's Players course opened to tremendous accolades in 2007 and offers a splendid contrast in design to the Celebrity course.

The Players Course: the ideal setting for your Palm Springs golf instruction

The Players course features spectacular bunkering, framed with the San Jacinto Mountains in the background and has a links type feel to it with its supporting heather and waste areas. When you play this masterpiece it makes you appreciate why Fought has become arguably the finest course designer in golf today. Further evidence of Fought's brilliance is that in 2009 the USGA played 5 of their Championships on courses he designed.

Our Palm Springs golf schools students also enjoy superb, private practice areas to work on their games. The perfect environment to hone new skills.

Another fantastic golf feature is "IW Putting Course". The lighted putting course has bridges and streams running through it and is always a big hit with our Palm Springs golf school students!

The incredible Clubhouse at Indian Wells is surely one of the most magnificent in the country, and was deservedly awarded, Golf Inc's "Clubhouse of the Year" in 2008.

The Dining Room at the IW Club is celebrated as one of the best restaurants in Palm Springs and rightfully so. Executive Chef, Christopher Olson and his staff are always experimenting to create their superb California inspired menus and offerings. Another superb feature for Bird Golf school students is the Callaway Performance Center. One of only 8 facilities of its kind in the world, the Center is a state of the art club-fitting experience. Featuring OptiFit and I-MIX fitting systems, you can be fit with the same expertise and technology as Phil Mickelson and Ernie Els. The Retail Center is also a Golf Inc. Top 100 Golf Shop.

Bird Golf school students enjoy their luxurious room at the AAA 4-Diamond Hyatt Grand Champions which include, a private balcony overlooking the golf facility. Your golf school package includes an upgraded room with a golf view that has a separate living room and work area. Other room features are an oversized work desk, high-speed Internet access, deluxe marble bath with separate tub and shower, superior thread count bedding and thick terry robes. Your balcony gives you spectacular views of the beauty surrounding you and is the perfect setting to unwind in after your golf instruction.

There are also extensive recreational facilities on property including a Championship tennis facility, fitness center, inviting boutiques and the highly acclaimed Agua Serena Spa.
