  1. Begin by facing the side of the cart with your hips facing forward. Bring your right foot up and onto the base of the cart and straighten your left leg (Fig 4.).
  2. Gently press your left hip toward the cart, keep your spine straight, your hips square and your chest lifted slightly.
  3. With each inhale release the stretch slightly and with each exhale gently press your right hip toward the cart. Hold this pose for at least 30 seconds breathing deeply.
  4. Repeat on other side. (This pose can also be done on the front of the cart for a deeper stretch).

Repeat three times
